Larissa Nash grew up on the edge of the Everglades, where wild parrots dwell in trees and gators in the pool are a common sight. She holds a B.A. from Loyola University New Orleans and an M.F.A. from Pacific University. Larissa has participated in several of Francesca Lia Block's online workshops, and her work has appeared in Borderlands: Texas Poetry Review, December Magazine, Tinderbox Poetry Journal, and The Toast. She currently lives in Georgia with her sweet old cat, who loves to squawk at the wall (or perhaps at ghosts; who can say?).
